Your contract for purchases made through this site is with Bright Book Supplies Ltd.
You undertake that all details you
provide us with for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are
correct. It is your responsibility to inform Bright Books promptly of
any changes to the details supplied by you.
Payment
Payment can be made with all major credit cards as accepted by
Barclays or personal cheque made payable to ‘Bright Book Supplies Ltd.
in Sterling, drawn on a UK bank account and sent to our postal address.
Dispatch
Our aim is to process and dispatch all UK
orders within five working days of receiving your order(see terms and
conditions for more detail). Dispatch will be by first class post
Postage & Packaging
The prices below are to post to UK locations only. Should you require prices for international addresses, please contact us on 01706 641617 for a quote.
The charge for postage is a standard rate of:
£2.75 for all orders under £15.
£3.50 for orders between £15 - £50.
£5.50 orders between £50 - £100
Delivery is free for all orders over £100 (all prices include VAT)

Returns & Refunds
In the unlikely event that you
receive incorrect or damaged goods, or you receive the incorrect
quantity, Bright Books shall, at our own discretion, make good any
shortage or non-delivery, replace damaged goods, or refund to you the
amount you paid for the goods in question.
You must notify us of the problem within
14 working days of delivery of the goods either by email at
enquiries@brightbooks.co.uk or call us on 01706641617.
We do not accept liability (except as set
out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change
information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods
and products.
Every effort is taken to publish correct
prices, however if an error is discovered after you have ordered we
will inform you as soon as possible to let you know the correct price
and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfill your order at this
price. Bright Books shall be under no obligation to fulfill orders for
products advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option
of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to
cancel the order altogether. All cancelled prepaid orders will be
refunded fully.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order,
prior to dispatch, please contact us by email to
enquiries@brightbooks.co.uk or call us on 01706641617. If your order
has been dispatched we will issue a refund on return of the item. We
will not refund any postage costs incurred in the return of an item.
Cancelled orders should be returned to: Bright Book Supplies Ltd, Shaw
House, Shawclough Rd., Rochdale OL12 6ND.
Bright Books reserve the right to
terminate this Agreement and to suspend or terminate your access to the
site immediately and without notice to you if we feel you are not
abiding by these terms and conditions.
We retain the right to amend these Terms.
